Get to the Point: New Federal Laws Requiring Paid Leave

Late yesterday, the President signed H.R. 6201 into law. It amends the FMLA to require a new form of family leave, and it adds a law requiring paid sick leave. Both laws apply to employers of fewer than 500 employees, will take effect by April 2, and will expire on December 31, 2020. Click here to see highlights.
